Use of the website implies your full acceptance of all the general conditions of use described hereafter. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time. Users of the website are therefore asked to consult them regularly.
Users can normally access this website at all times. However, may decide to interrupt the service for technical maintenance, in which case it shall make every effort to give users advance notification of the date and time of the intervention.
The website is regularly updated. Similarly, the legal information may be modified at any time: it is, nevertheless, still binding on the users, who are asked to consult it as often as possible in order to be aware of any changes.

The aim of the website is to provide information regarding all of the company’s activities. ManOrga makes every effort to provide the most accurate information possible on the website.
However, it cannot be held responsible for any omissions, inaccuracies or failures to update, whether through its own fault or that of its third-party partners who supply this information.
All information provided on the website is indicative and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information contained on the website is not exhaustive.
Changes may have been made to the information since it was posted on-line. The photos and illustrations published on the storefront site are non-contractual and cannot be used as a basis for claims regarding the products delivered.

4. Contractual limitations on technical specifications.

The website cannot be held liable for any damage relating to use of the site. Furthermore, the website user undertakes to access the site using modern hardware that does not contain any viruses and is equipped with a latest-generation, up-to-date browser.

5. Intellectual property and infringements.

ManOrga owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights to use all the elements that can be accessed on the site, namely the text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds and software.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the website elements, regardless of the method or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from the company.
Any unauthorised use of the site or any of the elements it contains shall be deemed an offence and will be prosecuted pursuant to the provisions of French articles L.335-2 and the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitations of responsibility.

ManOrga cannot be held responsible for any damage directly or indirectly caused to the user’s hardware when accessing the ManOrga website, either due to using hardware that does not meet the specifications stated in point 4 or due to the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.
Furthermore, ManOrga cannot be held responsible for indirect damage (such as loss of a contract or loss of opportunity) following use of the website.
Interactive areas (ability to ask questions in the contact area) are available to the users.
ManOrga reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that would contravene the laws applicable in France, in particular the provisions concerning data protection.
Where appropriate, ManOrga also reserves the option to cite the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, especially if the post is racist, offensive, defamatory or pornographic, regardless of the medium used (text, photography, etc.).

7. Management of personal data.

In France, personal data is protected in particular by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
Upon use of the website, the following data may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user has accessed the website, the user’s internet service provider and the user’s IP (internet protocol) address.
In any event, ManOrga only collects personal information about the user as is required for certain services offered by the website.
The user provides this information willingly and knowingly, especially when the user him/herself enters this information.
The website user is informed at the time whether it is compulsory or not to provide this information.
In accordance with the provisions of the French articles 38 and in compliance with France’s Information Technology, Files and Freedoms Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978, all users are entitled to access, contest and correct their personal data by means of a signed request in writing, enclosing a copy of the user’s identification bearing the holder’s signature, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.
No personal information about users of the website is published without their knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on whatever medium to third parties.
Only ManOrga’s assumption of buyback and of its rights would allow said information to be transmitted to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be under the same data storage and modification obligations with respect to the users of the website.
The website is not registered with the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority) because it does not collect personal information.
The databases are protected by the provision of the law of 1st July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 relating to the legal protection of databases.

The website contains a certain number of hypertext links to other websites, placed there with the authorisation of ManOrga.
However, ManOrga cannot verify the contents of sites visited in this way and therefore disclaims all responsibility in this regard.
